For mid-career recruitment we take the help of consultants, job portals, references, our own database and newspaper advertisements.

Terms

We recruit on both permanent and contractual basis or as consultants. The age of retirement is 60.

Postings/ transfers

Our head office is at Pune and our plants are situated in Jamshedpur, Pune and Dharwad. Employees are likely to be posted at various locations as per the business requirements. We do transfer our employees from one company to another within the same group.
