Recruitment policy for executives

We hire both experienced and fresh consultants. Our policy is to hire the best and provide them with compensations prevalent in the current market.

Mid-career recruitment

We hire through job portals, referrals as well as directly, but not limited only to India. We source consultants worldwide. Consultants who are NRIs and wish to return to India and those who are excited about the projects Bristlecone offers are also hired.

Terms

Our employees are expected to comply with our confidentiality agreement. There is a six-month probation period and the retirement age is as per law.

Postings / transfers

We are flexible about postings / transfers, especially in the case of consultants. We follow rotation policies — of the bench, onshore-offshore and job rotation.

Special facilities

We give our consultants the opportunity of ‘on demand training’ and ‘experiential training’. We also offer five days of training out of which two or three days are utilised for honing the soft skills of our consultants.
