Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit trainees on the basis of applications we receive. We mostly use e-recruitment. When required, we place advertisements in the print media.

Mid-career recruitment

Internal and external sources are used, depending on the skills and experience required for a particular post. We use our existing resources, recruitment databank, employee referrals, advertisements, web portal, and job fairs for this purpose.

Terms

Our terms of employment are in line with industry standards. We also offer contractual employment.

Postings/ transfers

Our headquarters is in Calcutta and the other associate office is located in Bhubaneswar. Our employees are posted at different locations, based on requirements. Employees may also be transferred to our associate offices in the US and the UK.
