Recruitment policy for management trainees

Innovative thinking and sense of valuesalways remain central qualities we expect from our team. We recruit through campus interviews but preference is given to candidates from the real estate sector.

Mid-career recruitment

We recruit people with relevant experience at middle and higher levels. We recruit through placement agencies, direct advertisements and employee referrals.

Terms

There is a six-month probation period for fresh candidates which may be waived for those with experience. The statutory benefits are on a par with the industry norms.

Postings / transfers

Employees can be transferred to the project locations which are currently at Bankura, Agartala and Siliguri. Most of the transfers are linked with role enhancement, career growth or for matching the right person with the right job.
