At present we don?t recruit management trainees, but summer trainees are encouraged to work with us.

We have a mid-career recruitment programme, under which we only take people with experience.

Postings/ transfers

Aranca has three offices in London, New York and Mumbai. Inter-office transfer may be possible, depending upon the business needs. However, our analysts are expected to travel to client locations abroad to conduct interviews and collect information.
