Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit fresh graduates in the fields of marketing, business development, human resources, etc. from various institutes either through campus interviews or otherwise.

Mid-career recruitment

We do recruit candidates through print ads, search engines, electronic advertisements, head-hunting and various references.

Terms

Each designation at a particular level has a set salary and perks structure. We generally recruit on a permanent basis. We do have a contractual system which is generally executed with part-time trainers.

We have 15 branches all over India. The maximum staff strength is in Delhi, our corporate office.
