Recruitment policy for management trainees

Our business interests are in IT-ES/ healthcare BPO/ HR consultancy. We have our own training divisions where we recruit people and groom them as per our needs. We take both fresh graduates and experienced people for MT positions. We advertise in newspapers and attract prospective management trainees.

Mid-career recruitment

For senior-level people we generally advertise in the newspapers and select people based on their prior experience, which could have some synergy with our type of business. We also look at the stability of the people in their previous jobs before we recruit them.

Terms

We do not have any concept of a contractual system of employment. We encourage people to grow with the organisation, and as the organisation grows, people are also rewarded. Retirement age is 58.

Postings/ transfers

At present we are based in Calcutta. But we have business associates spread across the country where postings and transfers happen from time to time.
