Recruitment policy for management trainees

We draw employees from interns/trainees who have spent at least six months with us on a project. We also draw from a pool of contract employees who come for project-specific contract work. An important source is going to reputed colleges and universities.

Mid-career recruitment

We subscribe to job sites, advertise in newspapers, use our contacts and encourage employee referrals. We also work with a number of consultants.

Terms

We offer permanent as well as contractual jobs. Again duration of the contract depends upon requirement. Contractual staff can also be absorbed if necessary.

Postings/ transfers

We have our offices in Pune and Redmond in USA. Our main development centre is in Pune. As we have a good combination of onsite and offshore projects, many employees travel abroad for projects. The duration depends upon the project. We do transfer employees temporarily/permanently based on requirements.
