Recruitment policy for management trainees
We occasionally recruit management trainees through engineering/management schools, but generally, it is through consultants. Candidates also contact us directly through our website.
Mid-career recruitment
Generally, we go in for mid-career recruitment through advertisement in papers as well as through consultants. We do take professionals on contractual basis, especially those who have recently retired but are still active and have valuable experience and expertise.
Terms
Employees are generally taken on a six-month probation and are confirmed subject to performance.
Postings/ transfers
Our employees are based in Calcutta but we also have offices in Delhi, Bangalore and Vishakhapatnam. We generally do not transfer employees.
