For her students, the principal of DBMS English School was felicitated with The Best Citizen Award last December, by the International Publishing House, Delhi, for her contribution in the field of education.

For writing, Prema has compiled two series of grammar books which are followed in schools across the nation. Pinnacle Grammar in Action for classes I to V, published by Bharati Bhavan, was such a success that she was asked to compile another series for senior students. Joy of Grammar, published by Children’s Book World, was her second issue for students of VI to VIII.
