At winning the ?Best Speaker? award at the the All-India Inter-school Debate on Water Harvesting. For the Class X student of Hill Top School, winning was unexpected. Short of words to express the joy of success, Nitisha says ?I spoke what I felt about water-harvesting. Everything I said came straight from my heart. That was, perhaps, the reason for my victory.?
Writing and athletics. Some poems written by Nitisha have been published in various newspapers and magazines. Also a keen sportsperson, Nitisha, who has twice been declared the best the athlete of the school, has also represented Hill Top in the National Athletics Meet.
?My Parents,? says Nitisha without a second thought. ?They have always been supporting and caring. Their love inspires me to excel and bring glory to my family,? says the young talent. Their guidance brought out the best in Nitisha.
Though bestowed with the gift of the gab, Nitisha wants to become an IAS officer and serve the society. Though Nitisha believes that had being born in a metropolitan city would have helped in achieving a lot more, Jamshedpur is still ?the best place to live in?. ?Jamshedpur is easily the best city in the world,? says young Nitisha.
