Visitors on the last day of Ranchi Book Fair at Town Hall on Monday. The 11-day fair, which started on August 21 with 65 stalls, was dedicated to the memory of former president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam. According to organisers Baseline Foundation and Infobit Solution Private Limited, the seventh edition of the fair saw a footfall of 25,000 and sales worth Rs 15 lakh. Kalam's autobiography Wings of Fire and Nilaya Upadhyay's Pahar, on which the Nawazuddin Siddiqui-starrer The Mountain Man is based, were this year's favourite buys. Text by Arti S.
