Giridih, May 20: Cousins Piyush and Vidisha Kedia are inseparable, even when it comes to examinations.
The two have grown together and now, they have scored the same percentage ? 94 ? in the ICSE examinations as students of Carmel School here.
Both Piyush and Vidisha have been studying in the school for years. While Vidisha joined in the Lower KG, Piyush has been a Carmel student since Class I.
?We have always had a healthy competition for marks,? an elated Vidisha told The Telegraph.
Her cousin said, ?We dreamt of doing well this time too?. To our surprise, we have ended up getting the same marks.?
They attribute their performance to hard work and the support of their parents and school teachers.
Not willing to rest on their laurels, the two children are chalking out their future plans. If they materialise, then the two are headed for different paths. While Piyush wants to become a businessman after doing his MBA, Vidisha is keen to serve society as a doctor.
Vidisha, who is aware of the difficulties in passing a medical entrance examination, said: ?No problem? I will try again and again but will not settle for anything else.?
Speaking on her immediate plans, she added, ?I will go to Delhi and try to get admitted in DPS as a science student.?
On the other hand, Piyush wants to stay back in Jharkhand. His next step is to try his luck at DAV, Shyamali, in Ranchi.
