The deep cave formed on Tuesday at a site of Eastern Coalfields in East Kumardubi, Dhanbad. On a day Union coal minister Piyush Goyal visited the town, two land cave-ins occurred at ECL collieries, baring pathetic safety conditions. The second cave-in took place in Rajapur Colliery.
