Mumbai, May 21 (PTI): Starlet Sonal Chouhan was allegedly slapped at the city airport by Sahil Zaroo, an accused in the Rahul Mahajan drug case, who was arrested early today.

Zaroo, 24, confronted Chouhan, who recently made her debut opposite Emraan Hashmi in the film Jannat, at the Jet Airways counter last evening when she was collecting her boarding pass for a Hyderabad flight, police said.

“It resulted in a minor altercation and Zaroo slapped Chouhan and also threw her mobile phone on the floor,” said a senior officer of Santa Cruz airport police station. Chouhan was on her way to a shoot. “She knew Zaroo for some time and was lately avoiding him.”

Zaroo was arrested for causing hurt, outraging the modesty of a woman, trespass, and causing damage.
