Rahul attacks Narendra Modi's silence on Chinese aggression

The Congress had on Monday said the Prime Minister should relinquish office since he had failed to protect India’s sovereignty

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday again wondered why Prime Minister Narendra Modi was silent on the Chinese aggression, arguing that India deserved better.

Responding to a report that suggested that China was building a bridge on Pangong Tso lake in Ladakh very close to the Line of Actual Control, Rahul tweeted: “PM’s silence is deafening. Our land, our people, our borders deserve better.”

The Congress has been constantly harping on the Prime Minister’s silence on Chinese hostile behaviour, including encroachment on Indian territory and the renaming of places in Arunachal Pradesh.
