According to a release issued by the chief minister’s secretariat, Soren will also inaugurate buildings of several model schools and launch a portal for monitoring infrastructure projects and a sports integrated portal.

“The chief minister on Wednesday evening reviewed the preparation for the third-anniversary celebration of the government which will be held at Project Bhawan in Ranchi on December 29.

A coordination committee would be constituted for its successful organisation,” said the release.

Soren asked the officers to complete the registration, verification and necessary preparation of financial and technical aspects of each beneficiary by December 26 so that funds can be transferred through DBT to beneficiaries of the three schemes, the release said. He also directed officials to complete and check all formalities related to the launch of the Pragati portal which has been prepared by the information technology and e-governance department of the state.

This portal will give updated information on the status of the various infrastructure projects being executed in different parts of the state. Soren also instructed that the sports integrated portal be fully checked before the launch.

“The chief minister instructed officers of the tourism, art, culture, sports and youth affairs department to properly examine the system of the sports integrated portal and its technical details so that after the launch of the portal, the players and coaches do not face any inconvenience in using the site. With the launch of this portal, the talented players and coaches of the state will be able to get the full benefit of the new sports policy of the state government,” the release added.

“Our government is working to give rights to the people belonging to all sections of the state. Ever since the formation of the government in December 2019, we have been trying to resolve old problems of the state,” said Soren.

The chief minister will also inaugurate several model schools of excellence under the school education and literacy department.
