Songs of the soil as tribute to Kalika Prasad

What better way to pay tribute to Kalika Prasad Bhattacharjee than by organising a show on songs of the soil? 91.9 Friends FM Live Plugged Season 6, in association with t2, brought together a host of musicians at Kala Mandir to perform and share memories of the Dohar frontman who died in a car crash on the Durgapur Expressway in March. “We had been planning this concert for months. Kalika Prasad’s demise was a great tragedy but we thought of going ahead with this show as a tribute to him,” said Jimmy Tangree of 91.9 Friends FM.
