On the menu: A delectable spread of mango treats in the form of pastries, dessert, breads, drinks and cakes. Mango Cheesecake to Mango Tart, Dutch Mango Bread to Mango Lassi — there’s a lot to pick from. Don’t miss the melt-in-your-mouth Mango Tiramisu which has a twist of coffee and mango.

Chef speak: “We mostly use Alphonso but we have also included Himsagar, Gulab Khas and raw green mango to whip up these dishes. I’d pick Mango Ginger Mousse in Choco Cup as the most unique thing on my menu. It is a foamy dessert with a punch of mango and ginger mousse. Also, people have heard of banana bread but the mango bread here is a must-try and it is a first in the city,” said Indrajit Mukherjee, executive sous chef and senior pastry chef, Hotel Hindusthan International. 
Pocket pinch: Breads come upwards of Rs 85, while pastries start at Rs 95-plus and cakes are priced at Rs 800-plus.
