Actress Paoli Dam is going all bold and beautiful, for Bappaditya Bandopadhyay.
In his next untitled film, Paoli plays a heroine who not just sports skimpy clothes but also does an item number in itsy-bitsy somethings surrounded by bare-bodied men!
“I play a commercial film actress and there are a lot of film-within-film sequences. I am paired opposite newcomer Sam who is a very successful hero in the film-within-films and since I do mostly masala films I am made to wear sexy clothes and do hot item numbers. I’m loving it. It’s great to be surrounded by shirtless men on the sets and dance with them !” quipped Paoli.
She sports many different looks in the film. “I am having loads of fun portraying different looks. In one scene I am a demure sari-cald wife and in another I wear short skirts teamed with halter necks. In the red sari teamed with the backless choli (picture by Aranya Sen) I am the fantasy of a sound recordist played by Bratyada (Basu). It’s a very sensuous scene. I am grateful to Bappada for offereing me a role that has so many layers,” said the actress looking red-hot.
