Film-maker Anurag Basu has offered a role to Super Dancer Chapter 2 participant Mishti Sinha.

Basu, who is a judge on the TV show, not only praised the 10-year-old girl but also offered her a role in his upcoming film.

The Jagga Jasoos director believes Mishti is a good actress and she expresses her emotions excellently through her dancing. After her performance, Basu surprised her and everyone else present by offering her a role in his next film. He will also ensure that Mishti’s education is not affected by the film’s schedule.

“I foresee a great actress in Mishti. She is not only a good dancer but a fabulous performer. With her innocence, her energy and expressions, she owns the stage. This is what made me offer a role to Mishti. It’s a promise I made to her on national television and I will ensure this happens,” said Basu.

“This is for the first time I have made a promise like this on national television. I will ensure this happens but with only one condition that Mishti never compromises on her studies.”
