Berlin

Netflix on Tuesday late evening dropped the announcement teaser of its upcoming Money Heist spin-off series Berlin. It will be a prequel series of the popular Spanish language heist thriller series and will focus on the character of Berlin played by Pedro Alonso.

In the 52-second-long teaser, we see Berlin picking up a ruby from a miniature vault. At the end of the video, we also see a miniature figure of a woman who manages to capture the attention of Berlin.

Berlin will arrive on Netflix in December.

Liaison

Apple TV on Tuesday released the official trailer of its upcoming British-French series Liaison. Written by Virginie Brac and directed by Stephen Hopkins, the series stars Vincent Cassel and Eva Green in lead roles.

The one-minute-55-second-long trailer starts with a cybersecurity attack aimed at the United Kingdom. The responsibility of tackling and stopping these attacks is on the shoulders of an officer (played by Green). We are also introduced to a former agent who went rogue (played by Cassel). But these two have a history — they were once married to each other. Now they have to work together or against each other for their goals.

Liaison will be streaming on Apple TV+ from February 24.

African Queens: Njinga

Netflix unveiled the official trailer for its upcoming docu-drama series African Queens: Njinga on Wednesday. Jada Pinkett Smith is the executive producer of the series and also stars alongside Adesuwa Oni.

The synopsis reads, “The first season will cover the life of Njinga, the complex, captivating, and fearless 17th century warrior queen of Ndongo and Matamba, in modern day Angola. The nation’s first female ruler, Njinga earned a reputation for her blend of political and diplomatic skill with military prowess and became an icon of resistance.”

African Queens: Njinga will be streaming on Netflix from February 15.

Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha (VBVK)

Geetha Arts on Monday late evening shared the official trailer of its upcoming Telugu-language action entertainer Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha a.k.a VBVK. Directed by Murali Kishor Abburu, the film stars Kiran Abbavaram, Kashmira and Murali Sharma in lead roles.

The two-minute-25-second-long trailer starts with glimpses of a sprawling romance as a result of a wrong phone number. This resulted in a hilarious situation. However, the presence of political powers and sinister people turns it into an action film.
