| Aisha (Sonam Kapoor): She is a rich spoilt girl who is fun and girlie. Here and there, I have given her a few bright colours but the mood colour is very pastel and almost pristine. Towards the end of the movie, when she is a bit more mature, I have given her slightly warmer colours. All the details I have given her make her look even more feminine. | Pinky (Ira Dubey): She is Aisha’s best friend and, like her, is a rich spoilt brat. But she is more daring and funky and more in your face. She is almost a punk and very cool. That makes her edgier than Aisha in terms of her dressing and choice of colours. |

| Shefali (Amrita Puri): She comes from a small town and initially she looks kind of lost in the big city and we have tried to keep that behenji feel. She then looks up to Aisha and transforms completely. So the look changes within the narrative but it never quite becomes as cool and classy as Aisha. | Aarti (Lisa Haydon): She is a New York-returned girl and is very smooth and sexy. In many ways she is the opposite of Aisha in terms of the way she looks. Although we have given her a complete office look, it’s very sleek and elegant. You can never call her a simple office girl. |

| Ranvir (Cyrus Sahukar): He is someone who has new money and is a fashion follower. He would go to the top fashion store in town and pick up that one outfit which is on the window display. He likes to be noticed but goes a bit loud in his dressing in the process. | Arjun (Abhay Deol): He is an investment banker and while he is fashionable he doesn’t like to experiment too much with his look. I got some customised suits done using a lot of mixed colours. You see fashion in the man but in a subtle way. |

| DHRUV (Arunoday Singh): He is not Delhi-based in the film and his style is very different from the whole gang. He is far closer to the Marlboro man. He is sporty and outdoorsy and loves his denims and boots. His fabrics are free-falling. Fashion-wise he is the anti-thesis of Arjun. | |
