Born in 1985 to an Etonian wine merchant and a French artist, Florence Brudenell-Bruce is a graduate in the history of art from Bristol University. Friends call her “Flee”.

If Harry is royalty, Florence, too, has roots to boast of. The 25-year-old blonde is a descendant of the seventh Earl of Cardigan who led the Charge of the Light Brigade during the Crimean War. Harry and Florence are, in fact, eighth cousins!

Though she has a passion for art and is an avid collector, Florence’s first love is modelling. The lingerie model is the face (and body) of brands like Adidas, Knickerbox, John Lewis and Ann Summers. Within days of being linked to Harry, Florence bagged a multi-millon dollar contract with Mulberry to model for a range of handbags named after her.

Harry is not the first high-profile name Florence has been linked with. In 2008, she ended a two-year relationship with Formula One champ Jenson Button.
