Karishma Upadhyay:

What would people be surprised to know about you?

Interviewee:

Saqib Saleem: That I’m an organised person, though I don’t give off that vibe!

Karishma Upadhyay:

Have you ever been mistaken for another celebrity?

Interviewee:

Saqib Saleem: Oh yes, lots of them. Somebody called me Ali Fazal; someone called me Pulkit Samrat. One guy even walked up to me, took a picture and said: “You were damn good in Fukrey (stars Samrat and Fazal).” I told him to watch the sequel as well (laughs).

Karishma Upadhyay:

Have you ever freaked out over meeting a celebrity?

Interviewee:

Saqib Saleem: The one time I was shivering was in the presence of Mr (Amitabh) Bachchan.

Karishma Upadhyay:

What would you cook to impress someone?

Interviewee:

Saqib Saleem: I’d rather order food from the best place in the city and say I’ve cooked it!

Karishma Upadhyay:

The worst thing you’ve ever tasted?

Interviewee:

Saqib Saleem: A cockroach. In Thailand; a friend had dared me. I can tell you that it’s extremely crunchy and full of mucus.

Karishma Upadhyay:

A movie title that best describes your love life?

Interviewee:

Saqib Saleem: In the Mood for Love.

Karishma Upadhyay:

One thing that you always carry to the sets?

Interviewee:

Saqib Saleem: A phone charger.

Karishma Upadhyay:

What’s your go-to workout song?

Interviewee:

Saqib Saleem: Eye of the Tiger (by Survivor; became the theme song for Rocky III).

Karishma Upadhyay:

If you had to be a rock star, who would you be?

Interviewee:

Saqib Saleem: Jay-Z maybe.

Karishma Upadhyay:

Growing up, whose posters did you have on the bedroom walls?

Interviewee:

Saqib Saleem: Akshay Kumar and Sachin Tendulkar — I’m a desi boy.

Karishma Upadhyay:

If you had to do a love scene with anyone in the world, who would it be with?

Interviewee:

Saqib Saleem: Jennifer Lawrence.

Karishma Upadhyay:

What’s your favourite time of day?

Interviewee:

Saqib Saleem: Night, 10pm onwards. I am not a morning person at all.

Karishma Upadhyay:

Your favourite country to visit?

Interviewee:

Saqib Saleem: Britain. I love London.

Karishma Upadhyay:

Describe yourself in a hashtag.

Interviewee:
