Bawaal

Amazon Prime Video dropped the trailer of Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s upcoming film Bawaal on Sunday. Helmed by Nitish Tiwari, the romantic drama is written by him alongside Nikhil Mehrotra, Piyush Gupta, Shreyas Jain and Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari.

The trailer focuses on Varun’s Ajay Dixit, who is a compulsive liar and wants to maintain a false image in his home town — Lucknow. He falls for Janhvi’s Nisha and gets married. The couple go on a trip to Europe where things become difficult for them. There is also a recurring theme of World War 2, which plays an important part in the plot.

Bawaal will be streaming on Prime Video from July 21.

Zombieverse

Netflix released the official teaser of its upcoming Korean zombie series Zombieverse on Monday.

The 48-second-long teaser shows a zombie virus outbreak has run amok in Seoul. Now a group of Reality TV contestants have to outwit the undead in the face of challenging quests and come out alive.

Zombieverse will arrive on Netflix on August 8.

Behind Your Touch

The trailer of the upcoming South Korean crime comedy thriller series Behind Your Touch was unveiled by Netflix K-Content on Monday. Directed by Kim Seok-yoon and Choi Bo-yoon, the show stars Han Ji-min, Lee Min-ki and Suho in lead roles.

In the one-minute-13-second-long teaser, we see a psychic veterinarian and a detective join forces to crack small-town cases.

Behind Your Touch will be streaming on Netflix from August 12.

Yatra 2

The motion poster of the upcoming Telugu-language film Yatra 2 was shared by Three Autumn Leaves. It is directed by Mahi V Raghav and produced by Shiva Meka. The music for the film has been composed by Santhosh Narayanan.

In the one-minute-11-second-long motion poster, we see a stage built as a giant right hand and surrounded by a sea of people. An animated man climbs up the stage to introduce himself as former Indian politician Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy. In Yatra (2019), Mammootty played the titular role.

Yatra 2 will arrive in cinemas in February 2024.
