All India ALSOC Inter-Alumni Open Quiz brings the past and present together

Alumnorum Societas (ALSOC), the St. Xavier’s Collegiate School’s old boys’ association, held the All India ALSOC Inter-Alumni Open Quiz in association with The Telegraph on August 19. A total of 33 institutions participated, of which eight went to the finals. “This is an annual event. Each team consists of two alumni and a current student. The purpose is to create an inter-generation connect,” said the quiz’s convener S. Ramalingam.

Team Don Bosco School, Park Circus, was the second runner-up, but they had the audience raving when they answered some of the toughest posers.
