KKR Hai Taiyaar! And t2 got a sneak peek of the preps. The Knights, accompanied by strength and conditioning coach Adrian Le Roux, were hard at work at the Rush Fitness gyms. “KKR is the pride of Bengal when it comes to cricket. For us at Rush Fitness it is an overwhelming feeling to be associated with them as a fitness partner. This is their second year at our facility,” said Ritu Agarwal, CEO and founder, Rush Fitness.

The Knights’ workouts are mostly about strength and conditioning. “They also focus on rehabilitation programmes for their injuries. The demands of the athletes are very different from those of regular fitness enthusiasts and it was interesting for our trainers to learn about their rehab and intensive sports programmes,” she added.
