What happens when betel leaf engages in a flavoursome affair with chocolate? Well, it becomes the talking point at the table. The Paan Platter offered an assortment of dark and white chocolate-coated paan, a meetha paan and a paan-infused drink made with vanilla ice cream. #toogood Rs 275

If you love broccoli as much as we do, you have to go for the Broccoli Malai Kebab served with a hint of truffle oil. Well-done broccoli is cut into small pieces and marinated with malai and cheese and grilled on the tandoor. Rs 725
The paneer sizzler on the menu marries Indian masalas with Italian flavours. Dudhiya Pesto Paneer has paneer chunks cut into mini circular dices and stuffed with a layer of malai and pesto. The dish is then baked before being served. Rs 675
The Pesto Mutton Galauti Kebab is a t2 favourite! Minced mutton is mixed with saffron and nuts and shallow-fried to be served with paratha and pesto. The kebabs melt in your mouth with an explosion of flavours.
Love chicken? Try the truffle oil-flavoured Murg Malai Tikka. The dish is made the same way as malai tikka but it gets its kick from the truffle oil added to the dish just before it’s served. Rs 825
Another t2 pick is the Baileys-infused Chilli Garlic Prawn. Succulent prawns are marinated in honey, curd and ginger-garlic paste along with Baileys Irish Cream and cooked to perfection. The sizzler plate adds drama to the table. Rs 975
For the foodie with the sweet tooth, the Hot Mihidana Brownie on sizzler is a must-have! A three-tier chocolate sponge cake is layered with mihidana and served on a sizzler platter with hot chocolate sauce. #sinful. Rs 325

“The sizzler festival is a celebration of fusion food for us at The HHI. We have experimented with normal dinner dishes and tried to add a special kick to the menu,” said Subir Pal Chowdhury, senior executive chef, Hotel Hindusthan International.
