I believe in using as little make-up as possible. The secret to my glowing skin is my mantra that if you eat and drink healthy, your skin shows it. I have 30ml or 60ml shots of aloe vera or amla juice daily. This is a good detox for the body, and also strengthens the digestive system. For my face, I use a pack of either mashed bananas or papayas or egg whites. And for my hair, I make a pack of honey and curd for volume and shine; Pic by Rashbehari Das |
I am a 26-year-old woman. I have combination skin, and though I don’t have acne or pimples, I am sensitive to dust and heat. Could you please tell me if I can use neem for my skin? And how do I use it?
Shreya
Try and buy neem honey and add 2 drops of peppermint oil to this and massage your skin with a teaspoon of this mix daily. Leave on for 10 minutes and let your skin soak up its goodness. Wash off with cold water, and see how soft and glowing your skin looks in minutes.
I am 31-year-old man. Is there anything I can do to minimise damage from swimming pool chlorine?
Kartik
Always shower after emerging from a swimming pool and while the body is still damp apply a good natural oil, pat dry and let the oil soak in naturally. This will help reduce the dryness and harmful effects of chlorine.
