I am an 18-year-old girl. My problem is that I have lots of facial hair. Please tell me what is the best way to get rid of facial hair? Should I go for threading or for waxing? Or is there any natural way to do it? Also, how can I treat rashes that I get after waxing my arm? I have oily skin.

Threading, if done properly, is best for the face. Besides this, always make sure that you wipe skin after waxing with an ice-cold compress, and apply a natural antiseptic on the waxed area. As for the post-waxing breakout — sandalwood paste applied to your arms will help tremendously in soothing the rashes.
I am a 40-year-old man. Is there any natural aftershave that I can use? I have sensitive skin.

Rub your skin with alum after shaving, and mix three drops each of bergamot and geranium oils into distilled water and use this as a natural aftershave.

I have normal skin, but it gets dry because of long days of working with make-up on for shoots and being exposed to glaring lights. The secret to my glowing skin is a regular cleansing-toning-moisturising routine. You should try and keep your skin as make-up free as possible and eat fresh fruits and drink lots of water every day. Make sure you get a good night's sleep. Stay away from maida and sugar, and eat your dinner three hours before you sleep. Also, try and take up a form of exercise, which you think can sustain for life. People tend to get into heavy exercise and then quit. It's better to take up a sport, or dance or Yoga as a form of regular exercise. I believe that the best skin and hair care remedies are natural ones, made at home. The best quick fix solution I know of, for a glowing skin before a party is a mix of curd and honey. The curd instantly cleanses and de-tans and honey gives you the glow. My hair is very fine not very thick. A great home remedy hair pack is to mix one cup of curd with two egg yolks. Keep this mask on for one hour and then wash it off for beautifully conditioned hair.
