Un-negroni: This cocktail features the usual Campari and Martini Rosso vermouth but includes a cinnamon, clove and bay leaf infused-gin, giving an Indian slant to the Italian drink. Served on the rocks and garnished with orange peel, this crisp cocktail has a strong aromatic flavour. Rs 750
Indian Paloma: If you are a fruity cocktail person, this one is not to be missed. Indian Paloma is a concoction of gin, Campari, local grapefruit juice, green peppercorn and a hint of lime juice. Served in a glass dusted with chilli flakes and salt, you will get a kick every time you sip on it. Rs 750
Twisted Penicillin: For someone who loves their good old Penicillin, this new cocktail will be a refreshing break. While homemade mango bitter and honey lend a sweet taste, the lime juice cuts the sharpness of the whisky. Delicately garnished with Japanese gari on top. Rs 900
The Irish Joe: Not your usual espresso martini, this classy cocktail uses South Indian filter coffee, whisky and cream to create a full-bodied drink. Served slightly warm, the frothy top is decorated with coffee beans and is the perfect evening pick-me-up. Rs 1,250
