Nursing a broken heart or not, heartbreak songs are a rage!

Seemona Mahanta is “not much of a heartbreak song person” but she likes We Don’t Talk Anymore (Charlie Puth ft. Selena Gomez). “This song is among the top tracks on my playlist and it reminds me of people that are on my mind but I don’t talk to anymore,” said the cabin crew at Roxy.

Recently engaged Ruchika Soni is happy in love but she has a favourite heartbreak song — Channa mereya. “The song has become the ultimate heartbreak song that is played in clubs. It’s also the ultimate breakup scene from a movie and Arijit Singh makes the song better with all the emotions,” said the party regular at M Bar Kitchen.

Sarah Saha is “the practical type of person”. “If a breakup has happened, I am the one who would probably let go of it and take a vacation instead of brooding over it. So my song would be Don’t Look Back In Anger by Oasis. The song takes me back in time and reminds me of my past relationships,” said the make-up artiste at MAC.
 
“Let It Go by James Bay is an absolute favourite. It is a great track and I can hear it even when I am not sad. I like how the song is about how people should not hold on to something that is toxic or isn’t working out for them just because it’s a relationship,” said Mary Marks at Phoenix.
 
“There are so many sad songs but then among the recent ones, Charlie Puth’s Attention has good beats and meaningful lyrics. In fact his other track We Don’t Talk Anymore is another track which many people probably relate to,” said Gauhar Ali (left) with friend Laiba at Nocturne.
