Weekends are all about chilling out for me. Given the hectic pressures of work, it isn?t often that I actually get a long weekend off to celebrate. However, on the occasions I do, I make sure that I make the most of them. One of my favourite things to do over these weekends is to team up with a few friends and zip down to Lonavla or some such destination, ideal for a short getaway. That in fact would be my ideal weekend.

There are also those occasions when I go to Delhi to catch up with my friends and family ? but that is not something I do all the time. Now, if I am in Mumbai, then I would rather go to a friend?s place and relax and catch up. Or if there is a party ? a good one ? then I like to let my hair down there. Thankfully, I have so many friends in the city that I don?t have to be lonely on weekends, but just in case I don?t go out or meet up with them, then its movies, movies and more movies for me. I enjoy watching films on DVD in the comfort of my home, but of course a movie is best experienced with friends or family around.
