Spicy Prawn Dumplings: Prawn chunks flavoured with Tabasco sauce and chopped red chillies meet the freshness of lemon grass in this juicy dumpling. Garnished with fresh green peas, this makes for a colourful treat. Rs 549-plus
Lamb Bulgogi Bao: Lamb is marinated with carrots, pears, light soy sauce, vegetable broth and spices for over three days. Then it is pan-fried and stuffed into a bao lined with green apple and seasoned with Korean chilli sauce and a sesame seed garnish. Rs 659-plus
Hot Veg Dumplings: Custard powder instead of food colour is used to give these dumplings a happy yellow hue. Stuffed with chopped carrots, chives, black mushrooms, black fungus, water chestnut and fried peanuts, we loved the crunch in each bite. Rs 429-plus
Turnip Cake: Ideal for a rainy afternoon, these cakes are a combination of turnips, carrots, rice flour, black mushrooms, chilli vinegar and potato starch. Deep-fried and garnished with burnt garlic and chilli flakes, relish them with a sauce of your choice. Rs 429-plus
Forest Fog: Whisky is smoked with hickory wood and mixed with citrus juice to make this aromatic concoction. Served with a stick of cinnamon, and cloaked inside a huge glass dome filled with smoke, you’d be surprised by the dramatic entry! Rs 449-plus
Margarita: The drinks menu includes a range of ‘mega cocktails’ that come in 1litre glasses. Try it at your next brunch with the girls. You can go for LIITs and Cosmopolitans in 1litre glasses too.
