Every day is Fry-day at this new QSR

The city has a new spot to satisfy them munchy cravings. Tall Blonde French, a new quick-service restaurant, has opened their first outlet on Wood Street to serve an all-time favourite — French fries. The 200sq ft eatery that opened on April 28 has 31 different kinds of fries along with shakes, wraps, pops and pastries.

The takeaway restaurant that has been brought to the city by a Bangalore-based company has a facade with a canopy and an all-white look. The well-lit ‘Tall Blonde French’ signage is hard to miss. 

The city has a new spot to satisfy them munchy cravings. Tall Blonde French, a new quick-service restaurant, has opened their first outlet on Wood Street to serve an all-time favourite — French fries. The 200sq ft eatery that opened on April 28 has 31 different kinds of fries along with shakes, wraps, pops and pastries. 

“The name describes the fries. ‘Tall’ because the fries are at least 9mm long; ‘Blonde’ because of their colour and ‘French’ because they are French fries. Fries are popular in Amsterdam and I have drawn inspiration from my travels to European countries and opened this place,” said Shorab Choudhary, the owner.

The Hangover Fries are served with crushed nachos and beans in a cheesy salsa flavour and topped with sour cream. Rs 130-plus

The Butter Chicken Fries are loaded with shredded chicken mixed in an in-house butter chicken gravy and cream and spiced up with chilli garlic sauce. All you need is a roti. Rs 135-plus
Maggi meets chicken and fries in the Tossed and Twisted Chicken Fries. You’ll love the zing of the Maggi mix on top. Rs 145-plus

 

This is for those who love the taste of mint. The Oreo Mint Shake has the perfect balance of mint and cookie bits. Rs 135-plus
Bite into this Veg Cheese Pop Wrap and have a mouthful of fries, veggies, potato cheese pops with mayo and chilli. Rs 120-plus
