Beer and bites carnival at Mythh

As the temperatures soar, Mythh at Hotel Hindusthan International has got you covered with some chilled beer and fusion food to munch along. Mythh presents Beer Bites Carnival 2018 partnered by The Telegraph is a food-and-sip festival where a range of vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian fusion platters will be served alongside a mug of beer.

Thai Green Curry with Basil Buttered Rice: This typical Thai dish is a mug full of comfort with the galangal, lemongrass and Kaffir lime-infused green curry, layered with aromatic basil buttered rice. Rs 625-plus
General Tso’s Chicken with Lemon Fried Rice: Chicken cubes stir-fried in a hoisin sauce, soy sauce and chilli paste-based mix served with lemon leaf-flavoured fried rice. This Oriental meal-in-a-mug is a good option if you love Chinese as well as Thai food. Rs 585-plus
Mashed Potato Chilli Mushroom Baked: Oriental meets Continental in this mug with the goodness of creamy potato mash layered with spicy and succulent chilli mushroom and then covered with some more of the baked mash. Creamy and crunchy in each bite. Rs 585-plus
Shepherd’s Pie: The classic comfort recipe comprises minced lamb, carrots, red wine, loaded with Parmesan cheese and melt-in-the-mouth mashed potato. Rs 625-plus
