  • 1tbsp coffee powder
  • 1tbsp sugar (you can even go for brown sugar)
  • 1tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup cold milk

Method

  1. Put the coffee, sugar and water in a bowl and whisk until it turns creamy, frothy and light brown.
  2. You can also use a hand-held mixer, which is quicker, but personally I recommend using a normal whisk as it is fun to watch the thin coffee transform into something so creamy and light brown in colour.
  3. Next, pour the milk in a glass, add some ice cubes if you want, spoon out the foam on top and you’re done!
  4. You can also use the same foam with hot milk if you prefer.
