New Delhi, Dec. 27: Tata Telecom has joined hands with India- Symon Communications Ltd, a leading global provider of contact centre and enterprise performance and productivity tools.

Tata Telecom will market and support Symon products like enterprise tools — NetLite II wireless displays and Symon Vista real-time productivity software solution. The technology driving Symon products includes its Enterprise Server (SES), a consolidated real-time infrastructure solution for collecting, managing and distributing mission-critical information throughout an organisation. SES pinpoints key performance indicators in the vast number of statistics that contact centre and other business systems generate.
