Calcutta, June 25: MSN India is planning to make its popular communication tool, Messenger, a common platform that can be accessed through any communication device.
The company has recently launched an upgraded Messenger 7.0 that facilitates interaction through video, voice and other personalised features.
Said Rajnish, head, marketing, MSN India, ?We are still evolving the Messenger to exploit its growth potential. Messenger is a unique tool that allows real-time communication and is popular among the youth. We are seeing almost 100-150 per cent growth in data communication and this will help grow the usage of MSN.?
?Messenger does not hide the users? identity like a chat room. It?s a personalised communication tool on the Internet that allows users to express themselves in a manner that suits them the best,? he added.
