New Delhi, Sept. 6: In a ?goodwill gesture?, Tata Teleservices today withdrew a petition it had filed against Reliance Infocomm before the TDSAT, in which it had accused the latter of not providing interconnection in 12 new circles. ?We are withdrawing the petition as a goodwill gesture to Reliance Infocomm,? said a spokesperson for Tatas. Reliance officials confirmed the development and said Tata Teleservices have been getting interconnection in various circles.
