Calcutta, March 12: Madura Fashion and Lifestyle expects its Allen Solly brand to reach Rs 1,000 crore in 2015-16.

Part of the brand's growth will come from its foray into sportswear under Solly Sport.

"We are expecting Allen Solly to become a Rs 1,000-crore brand next year," said Sooraj Bhat, chief operating officer of Allen Solly.

He said for 2014-15, the company was looking to clock a Rs 800-crore topline from Rs 550 crore in the previous year.

Bhat said Solly Sport had tied up with Wimbledon to distribute its casual-wear line. He added that in 2014-15, the brand was expected to generate a revenue of Rs 40 crore and over the next three years it would expand to touch Rs 200 crore.

At present, Allen Solly has 207 exclusive stores across the country. Bhat said the company had planned to add around 50 stores every year.

Half of the company's business comes from exclusive stores, around 4 per cent come from online shopping and the remaining through multi-brand retail outlets.
