Twinkle toes

Inter College Women's Association on Thursday organised an inter-college Shravani dance competition at Patna Women's College. The campus reverberated with monsoon songs like Rangilo sawan ayo, Aya sawan, Sawan ayo re and Nachungi main. The programme was inaugurated by college principal Sister Marie Jessie and the competition was judged by Madhumita, a teacher from Mount Carmel High School, Patna, and Shruti Tatarwey, a faculty member of Government Women's College, Gulzarbagh. More than 50 students participated. Patna Women's College students emerged the winner while students of JD Women's College and Ganga Devi Mahila College bagged the first and second runners-up, respectively.
