Bhagalpur, Feb. 12: A two-day programme, organised by Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University and Bihar Bengalee Association to mark the 102nd year of Rabindranath Tagore’s visit to the silk city, concluded today.

“We celebrated the 102nd anniversary of the poet’s visit to the city and his 150th birth anniversary,” the president of Bihar Bengalee Association, Captain Dilip Kumar Sinha, said. Tagore was in the city between February 13 and 15 in 1900 to attend the third Bangiya Sahitya Parishad.
