Patna, Dec. 12: The state government has lodged an FIR against the students of Magadh Mahila College for allegedly violating the prohibitory orders, damaging public property and creating hindrance in official functioning, water resources minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary said on behalf of the government in the House.
