The goat market at Raja Bazaar also saw negotiations among buyers and sellers of animals for sacrifice. Goat prices ranged from several thousands to lakhs in the market depending upon its built, pedigree and physical features. The Tota Pari goat breed from Jaipur, Jamunapari from Allahabad, Barbari from Ittawa and Ajmeri from Rajasthan were the most sought-after sacrificial goats. "We had come to buy a goat. It would be bathed tomorrow morning. The animal will be sacrificed after offering namaaz," said Rizwan Khan, a businessman. The Id prayer timings were announced on Monday. The timings are as follows: Gandhi Maidan, 8am, Dariyapur Masjid, 8.30am, Jama Masjid station, 8.15am, High Court Masjid, 7.30am, Haj Bhavan, 8.30am, Sanichra Id Gah, 6.30am, Khankah Mujibiya, 9am and Khagaul Id Gah, 7.45am.
