Patna, Sept. 18: The Bihar government today decided to gag itself on the Srijan scam, an issue that has provided ammunition to the Opposition and invited a constant barrage of questions from the media.

'Now the entire case is with the CBI. All documents and investigation made in the case have been handed over to it. The state police are providing all help to it,' chief minister Nitish Kumar said on the sidelines of his Lok Samvad programme when asked by reporters about the progress made in the investigation.

Nitish deflected the questions towards director-general of police (DGP) P.K. Thakur, who washed his hands of the issue and pointed to the CBI.
