Police suspect involvement of rebel leaders for facilitating shelter to abducted Narayani Education Point director- cum-principal Satyanarayan Prasad.

He had been abducted from Jhapha village on the Muzaffarpur-Sitamarhi stretch of National Highway 77 on September 21.

Senior superintendent of police Jitendra Rana said: “We have found that one Pawan Bhagat, in collusion with rebels, had hatched the abduction plan. Pawan is still at large but some of the accomplices have been arrested.”
