Coaching cradle

Retired IAS officer N.K. Raghupaty inaugurated KD Campus, a coaching institute, on Boring Road.

R.K. Choudhary, the chief executive officer of KD Campus, said the campus is a charitable institution and a coaching institute with several branches spread over north and north-west India.

The function was attended by students, principals of various colleges of Patna and social activists.

Neetu Singh, the director and founder of KD Campus, was also present. "In the span of your career, you will surely make mistakes and fail many times. Fix your mistakes and learn from them," she said.

Role of youth

Kavivar Gopal Singh Nepali Foundation, a non-government organisation, organised a seminar on "The contribution of youth in the present literature" on the premises of the Indian Institute of Business Management, Patna.

The organisation honoured youth writers and poets. The award was conferred upon Kumar Arunodaya, a social worker, for writings.

The programme was inaugurated by former principal of Patna College N.K. Chaudhary and tChild Protection Commission president Nisha Jha.

Chaudhary stressed the need of creating a mutual co-ordination between the senior and junior laureates of the present era.
