New Delhi: The Election Commission on Monday declared the dates for bye-election to Rajya Sabha from Assam and Bihar. The election was necessitated by the deaths of MPs Sabir Ali (Bihar) on November 15 and Silvius Condpan (Assam) on October 10. he notifications will be issued on December 5 and the last date to make nominations is December 12. The commission has fixed December 24 as the deadline before which elections should be over.Patna: Vigilance Investigation Bureau on Monday filed chargesheet against former vigilance constable Prakash Kuzoor and former vigilance computer operator Premjeet Kumar Sinha in the special vigilance court for allegedly withdrawing Rs 5.10 lakh from the bank account of former Vaishali district manager of Bihar State Food Corporation, Manoj Kumar through ATM.
